Found the same ride cheaper? We'll credit the difference. We keep our fares fair, and if you find the same ride for less, we'll make up the difference on your next Seatac booking.

How it works

1Book with Seatac. Reserve your ride as usual.
2Send a claim within 6 hours. If you find the same ride (same route, vehicle class and date) for less, send us a claim within 6 hours of booking. The offer must be public and online when we check it, your ride must be more than 5 days away, and we compare final prices without promotions or discounts.
3We reply within 24 hours. If we accept your claim, you get a credit for 100% of the difference toward a future Seatac booking, valid for 12 months.

Send a claim

Use the reference from your confirmation email and the email you booked with. A link to the offer is enough; a screenshot helps if the price changes before we check.

Terms

The other offer must be for the same ride: the same pickup and drop-off, the same date and time, and the same vehicle class (for example, a private SUV compared with a private SUV, not a shared shuttle).
Your claim must reach us within 6 hours of making your Seatac booking, and the ride must be more than 5 days after the booking was made.
The offer must be open to the public and bookable online when we check it. Member-only, private or quote-on-request prices don't qualify.
We compare final prices for the whole ride, including taxes and fees, without promotions, coupons or discounts on either side.
One claim per booking. We reply within 24 hours.
If we accept your claim, you get a credit for 100% of the difference. It is not a refund: your ride stays booked at its price, and the credit applies to a new Seatac booking within 12 months. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Cancelled bookings, shared shuttle seats and rides booked through a partner aren't covered.
Seatac decides whether an offer is comparable. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you booked applies.
